Description: 20 minutes of gentle stretches for the improvement of digestive function. Stretches combined with diaphragmatic breathing can stimulate motility, ease discomfort and relax tension in the abdomen. This class is for all bodies, all ages and all levels of physical fitness. Description: 20 minutes of breath work to regulate the central nervous system, stimulate digestion, and relax the body. There are different ways to control your breath that activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This system is also known as your Rest and Digest system so you want it activated when you’re eating and for a while after eating so your body can process the food you’ve consumed. Description: 20 minute Guided Visualization practice focused on improving digestion, developing safety and comfort around digestion, and relaxing the body so that it can digest food properly. Visualization is a technique used to help you visualize a desired outcome in detail. You’ll be guided through a healthy, natural path of digestion so feel free to eat before this practice if it feels beneficial to the experience.
