Matcha Coconut Tahini Protein Bars

Ingredients:

  • Matcha/cordyceps collagen

  • Vanilla powder

  • Rolled Oats

  • Maple syrup

  • Coconut oil

  • Coconut flakes

  • Tahini

  • Vanilla extract

Recipe:

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

  • 2 scoops collagen

  • 1/4 coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup tahini

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:

  1. Blend all measured ingredients in food processor

  2. Put wax paper in bread pan

  3. Mash mix into pan

  4. Sprinkle coconut shreds over top

  5. Put in fridge overnight

  6. Cut into 5 pieces
