Matcha Coconut Tahini Protein Bars
Ingredients:
Matcha/cordyceps collagen
Vanilla powder
Rolled Oats
Maple syrup
Coconut oil
Coconut flakes
Tahini
Vanilla extract
Recipe:
1 cup oats
1 tsp vanilla powder
2 scoops collagen
1/4 coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Blend all measured ingredients in food processor
Put wax paper in bread pan
Mash mix into pan
Sprinkle coconut shreds over top
Put in fridge overnight
Cut into 5 pieces
