Chocolate Crackers

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup oat flour

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp cold water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. Mix flour, cacao, sugar, salt and baking powder in food processor

  3. Add liquids to blend and pulse until crumbly

  4. Form into ball refrigerate 15min

  5. Roll out in baking sheet with wax paper

  6. Slice with pizza slicer

  7. Bake 25min

  8. Dip in PB cream cheese or pumpkin spice hummus
