Ginger Snap Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2c. Peanut Butter

  • 1/4c. Rolled Oats

  • 1/2 tbsp. Chia Seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds

  • 1/4c. Honey or Maple Syrup

  • 1 tbsp. Shredded Coconut

  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice Blend

  • 1 tbsp. Ground Ginger

  • 3 scoops collagen powder

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients thoroughly in a food processor or blender.

  2. Roll into spoonful size balls

  3. Put in fridge. Enjoy cold after a workout or as a snack
