Ginger Snap Energy Balls
Ingredients
1/2c. Peanut Butter
1/4c. Rolled Oats
1/2 tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 tbsp. Hemp Seeds
1/4c. Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tbsp. Shredded Coconut
1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice Blend
1 tbsp. Ground Ginger
3 scoops collagen powder
Directions:
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a food processor or blender.
Roll into spoonful size balls
Put in fridge. Enjoy cold after a workout or as a snack
